These Rust Preventive Oils are soft film forming, solvent deposited, and water displacing type oil. These oils are used for the protection of metallic surfaces during transportation and storage. It is a premium quality dielectric fluid meeting the requirements for insulation and controlled dielectric discharge during electric discharge machining operations. The low viscosity of the fluid provides good circulation through the spark gap and more rapid removal and settling of metal scarf. It is semi synthetic cutting oil possessing very good anti-rust, anti-corrosion and biocide properties. It has superior cooling and lubricating properties, which impart excellent surface, finish and minimize tool wear. It provides highly stable emulsions in a wide range of water hardness are obtained on adding the oil at recommended dosage levels (3 % to 5 %,) to water with continuous stirring. Antiwear Hydraulic oils are generally used for the lubrication of axial, piston, vane and gear pumps. These oils are especially required in systems where both piston and vane pumps are used for heavy duty service. These oils may also be used for lubricating light loaded gears and bearings. These oils are not intended for use in hydraulic systems containing silver plated components.
