It is a premium quality dielectric fluid meeting the requirements for insulation and controlled dielectric discharge during electric discharge machining operations. The low viscosity of the fluid provides good circulation through the spark gap and more rapid removal and settling of metal scarf. Has excellent oxidation stability, which reduces the formation of oxidation products that will alter the dielectric strength of the fluid.

This product is used in automatic transmissions of all commercial power shift transmissions, industrial torque convertor and automatic transmissions. The product has excellent oxidation, rust and corrosion protection, better foam resistance and low pour point.

It is designed for older & classic engines with premier mineral base oils and modern additives to provide outstanding protection in diesel & petrol engines.

These Rust Preventive Oils are soft film forming, solvent deposited, and water displacing type oil. These oils are used for the protection of metallic surfaces during transportation and storage. It is applied directly to the metal surface by dipping spraying or any other appropriate mode thereby forming a protective barrier. The corrosion preventives are readily removable by hot or cold solvents, wiping or stripping.

This oil is formulated with highly refined base Oils fortified with suitable EP additives of fatty oil and active sulphur for improved surface finish and anti-misting. It is recommended for Heavy duty severe machining operations such as threading, tapping and broaching on ferrous metals and more difficult alloys.

It is semi synthetic cutting oil possessing very good anti-rust, anti-corrosion and biocide properties. It has superior cooling and lubricating properties, which impart excellent surface, finish and minimize tool wear. It provides highly stable emulsions in a wide range of water hardness are obtained on adding the oil at recommended dosage levels (3 % to 5 %,) to water with continuous stirring. Dioctyl phthalate (DOP, DEHP), is clear, colourless, viscous liquid with a slight, characteristic odor. Soluble in ethanol, ether, mineral oil and the majority of organic solvents. Immiscible with water, resistant to hydrolysis and air oxygen activity. Its high plasticizing efficiency, fusion rate, viscosity, low volatility, UV-resisting property, water-extracting proof, cold-resisting property, and also good softness and electric property found a lot of applications in many offshoots of the industry.

Purerol Front Fork Oil specially developed for application in front fork assemblies of two-wheelers and is recommended for use in the front fork shock assembly of motorcycles.
